Portal
Portal is a stand-alone puzzle-based game created by the same team
behind Narbacular Drop, Nuclear Monkey Software. The premise is simple;
you can create two different "portals” on flat planes, which you can
then pass through to jump from one space to another. However, the
different techniques and puzzles that are created using this idea are
much more complicated, often requiring quick successions of portals to
be placed, as well as manipulation of physics to send your character
flying at much bigger speeds than would normally be possible.
Portal is included in a larger pack known as "The Orange Box”, which includes the original Half-Life 2, Episode One, Episode Two and Team Fortress 2.
