WebMod Download
Download WebMod 0.48 from here.
Web Mod Installation
Extract webmod-0.48.zip to C:\HLDS\cstrike\addons
Go to C:\HLDS\cstrike\addons\metamod\ and open the fil called plugins.ini with a text editor (eg: TextPad or WordPad).
Add the following line at the begining of the file:

Save and exit the file.
Restart the Counter-Strike server.
Access the http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:port from the browser
(where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP adress of your Counter-Strike server and port is the port on which the server runs. eg. 27015).
Log in using your Rcon password.
